The Early Music Festival – Brașov

The Early Music Festival - Brașov offers to the audience a unique opportunity to explore musical diversity within a remarkable historical setting. From 17th of September to the 28th, 2024, Brașov will become the epicenter of the early music. With events spread throughout the city, from historic squares to modern concert halls, you will have the opportunity to discover not only the sounds of the past but also the hidden charm of every corner of this wonderful city. From the intimate soundscapes of Baroque chamber music to the grandeur of the Byzantine choirs, each concert we invite you to is a unique journey through time. Renowned international artists and ensembles, such as Furio Zanasi, the “{oh!} Trio” group or the “Byzantion” Academic Choir, bring to life rare and fascinating scores in Brașov’s iconic historical venues.

The masterclasses offered as part of the Brașov Early Music Festival present a unique learning and development opportunity for aspiring musicians and early music enthusiasts.
